Hawaiian Pork Roast

5 lb. pork roast
ti leaves (or tin foil)
5 T. brown sugar
2 bay leaves
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 c. grape juice
1/2 c. pineapple juice
10 peppercorns

Place ti leaves in bottom of roasting pan (crock pot). Slash fat on pork roast.  Place in pan on top of the ti leaves (or foil).  Mix and pour rest of ingredients over roast.  Simmer, covered on top of stove over medium heat for 4 hours.  Water or more grape juice may be added if needed.  Meat should be falling apart.  Serve gravy with french bread for dunking. (If making in crock pot, you can leave out the ti leaves or tin foil.)
