1/2 c. flour
2 t. paprika
1 1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
6-8 boneless pork loin chops (1 inch thick)
1/4 c. butter
1 med. onion chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. or more fresh, sliced mushrooms
4 c. milk
4 t. lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350. In large plastic bag combine first 4 ingredients, reserving 6 Tablespoons flour mixture. Add raw chops to mixture one at a time. Shake to coat. Saute chops in butter until golden brown. Transfer to 9x13 pan. In same skillet, saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms until tender. Stir in reserved flour mixture. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir 2 minutes until thickened. Stir in lemon juice. Pour over chops. Cover and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Serve with rice.
