Cauliflower Soup

Chop one medium cauliflower and barely cover with water and boil until tender.  Don't drain.  Add 3 oz. cream cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom, 1 bottle of Old English Cheese, fresh mushrooms, chopped, and 1 can beef shredded.
