Honey Candy

1 c. honey
3 c. sugar
1 c. cream

Heat honey and sugar together until sugar is dissolved.  Add cream.  Boil to 262.  When done add 1 T. butter.  Pour out on cold buttered surface and cool.  Stretch and wrap in wax paper.
