Snickerdoodles

2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
5 1/2 c. flour
4 t. cream of tartar
2 t. soda
1/2 t. salt

Rolls balls in mixture of 4 T. sugar and 4 t. cinnamon.  Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes.
