Divinity

3 c. sugar
3/4 c. corn syrup
3/4 c. water
Cook to crack stage- 250

Beat 3 egg whites and 1/8 t. salt till stiff.  Add syrup while beating.  Add 1 t. vanilla.  Beat till cool.  Place spoonfuls on wax paper until set.  Store tightly covered.
